After a senior employee trained a new junior employee, the two were getting along just fine. Until a little over a year, when now this "new" hire drops his nice guy act and starts coming for the senior employee's job. Funny thing, however, is that he was not as sneaky as he thought he was. 

 

Yup, you read that right. This junior employee was trying to go after this senior employee's job after only a year working there, but quickly got caught. He was rage baiting this senior employee through email and taking screenshots of only the senior employee's responses, which were, rightfully angry sounding. That is because, the employee was disrespecting him and not doing his job properly. This younger guy didn't realize that every employee can see these files. Or maybe he thought he hid the file deep enough, that this senior employee wouldn't find it. But he did, and he made sure that whoever he has been sharing this rage baiting with now sees the whole picture.

  • Truly, it takes a certain kind of ignorance to think that an older employee won't see exactly what you are doing when that is literally part of their job description. They were tasked to train you and keep an eye on you, like, earth to employee!

  • But I did, cause its part of my job to review his work, even if he hates that, so I get into the share and I see what he's doing.
